Faith

It's hard to live a life where all you see is chaos. Even still, that is what life on earth is. What you see is not always good but life shouldn't be about what we see. God is invisible, he is a spirit; so we need to be able to trust in something that we can't see. When we live our lives, we're used to seeing results, at least a little. For God though, you don't always see your reward, because it has been laid up for you in heaven.

Galatians 6:9 "And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not."

God does show us things in our lives so we can know that what we did counted but we have to do those things first. 

Hebrews 11:7 "By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became hier of righteousness which is by faith." 

If we walk by faith and not by sight, we will see the reward of God, if we know that God is on our side through Jesus Christ who is the author and finisher of our faith.
